Tiffany’s musical career
Tiffany followed her 1987 smash hit “I Think We’re Alone Now” with multiple songs which also reached the Top 10 including, “Could’ve Been”, “I Saw Him Standing There”, “Radio Romance” and “All This Time”. With such great success, Tiffany became the youngest female artist to top the Billboard Charts with her debut album. At this time, Tiffany hired New Kids on the Block to be her opening act for her concert tour. Her second album proved her equally talented with Platinum hits like “Hold an Old Friend’s Hand”. “If Love is Bling” went international and was a fan favourite in Asia. Despite losing some of her fame as music fans moved onto a more rock scene in the 1990s, Tiffany continues to release albums and appear on music shows all over the world.
The pop princess’ background
Tiffany was born and raised in Norwalk, California, where she started singing when she was only four years old. She was a natural-born child prodigy. She started touring music venues when she was just 12 years old. In addition to her Billboard Hot 100 hits in the 1980s-1990s, Tiffany was an unarguable child prodigy like many other pop stars that followed her - for example, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears. She started her acting career as the voice of Judy Jetson in the movie “Jetsons: The Movie” where she also produced three songs for the soundtrack. She made appearances on the comedy “That 80s Show” and “How I Met Your Mother”. She was also the main face for AT&Ts 2008 marketing campaign. And in 2011 Tiffany starred her first feature film, Necrosis. This talented, singer-songwriter-actress is still performing gigs today and is just as brilliant as before.
