All about Devendra Banhart
Originally born in Houston, Texas in eighty-one, Banhart was raised by his mother iVenezuelala when his parents divorced when Banhart was two! With his mother later remarrying, his stepfather moved the family back to North America, settling down in Los Angeles, California when Banhart was fourteen! Devendra actually stands as a synonym for Indra, the Hindu king of Gods! Banhart can also boast a middle name of Obi, based on Obi-Wan Kenobi, the star wars Jedi master!
